Individual Therapy

Embracing a new you

Whether a past or a current life situation has brought on various difficult emotions and you are feeling stuck and unmotivated, exploring your thoughts and feelings can assist you in reconnecting with what you value most and would like to have more of in your life. Together we will address distressing symptoms, heal core wounds, and help rewire the brain to respond to stress in more constructive ways. Ultimately, you will begin to lead your life with more balanced emotions, clarity of mind, stability in your body and deeper connection to yourself and others around you.

In my therapy sessions, we explore these layers of trauma with empathy and understanding. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can safely unpack these experiences, understand their impact, and learn new ways to cope and heal.
