60 Minutes — $180
90 Minutes — $260
Child or Youth Therapy

Couples or Family Therapy
90 Minutes — $260
Payment
Fees are payable by e-transfer before each session, unless other arrangements are made. Session receipts are emailed to you.
Extended health benefits
I am a regulated and licensed health professional, and while OHIP does not cover fee costs, most employment-based and private health care insurance companies, post-secondary and graduate school studies. cover all or part of counseling or therapy sessions with a Registered Social Worker or Psychotherapist. Please check with your health insurance about this.
Concessions for students and single-income families
For those with limited incomes, particularly students and single income families, I provide a sliding scale or special fee arrangement. This can be discussed during our initial consultation session.
Cancellations
Cancellations require 24h notice, otherwise a full fee will be charged.
Confidentiality policy
I provide a free and confidential consultation session over the telephone for 20 minutes. This is an opportunity for you and I to explore briefly the concerns you are currently faced with and decide together whether we should meet next. Subsequent sessions are held via Zoom or Owl Practice Video Platform, or telephone.
All sessions are conducted in accordance with regulations set out by Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
